The story begins with an observation and a desire to reconcile the virtues of healthy pastry with the elegance of fine pastry. An awareness that started in Hong Kong and became a reality in Paris. Andréa Rocagel, the founder of the brand, decides to offer plant-based pastry in the shape of a moon. Luna Création is launched in February 2020.
The LUNES collection
Luna Création starts with a range of nine LUNES in various tastes and colours.
Plain coconut: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and chocolate
Coconut lemon: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate, candied lemon and turmeric
Coconut maca nuts: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate, maca powder and nuts
Coconut black sesame: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate, black sesame and charcoal
Hazelnut cocoa marbling: hazelnuts, almonds, dates, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut oil, cocoa butter, vanilla and cinnamon
Pink coconut: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate, rose water, pistachio and beetroot
Coco cacao: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa powder and hazelnuts
Orange cashew marble: cashew nuts, dates, maca powder, coconut sugar, coconut oil, cocoa butter, vanilla and orange
Coconut matcha: coconut, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, chocolate, matcha powder and white sesame
Natural, raw and authentic MOONS
The LUNES are handcrafted and made from raw ingredients, strong in flavour and without transformation.
A mono-product essentially made from oilseeds and nuts, naturally coloured by spices and super-powders such as spirulina, maca or charcoal. The sugars used are raw and natural like maple syrup and coconut sugar.
The ambition of Luna Création is to offer a gourmet and healthy product to individuals and catering professionals.
The young brand offers direct distribution for the moment. Orders are mainly made by email or through the website.
Development of the collection could come to enrich this first launch. Because we must always aim for the moon…
